Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to pursue graduate studies within a cutting-edge and dynamic laboratory? Join us!
To apply please e-mail tcnlab@uwo.ca with your cv and (unofficial) transcripts.
Please note that we receive numerous highly qualified applications each year and that space within our laboratory is limited. We recommend applying early (January for the fall academic year)! At Western University students can apply for graduate studies through Neuroscience, Physiology & Pharmacology, or MD-PhD programs. Furthermore, we are a highly collaborative group and are happy to co-supervise students within other disciplines (e.g., Philosophy of Science).
Once prospective graduate students submit their applications to the TCNLab, they are reviewed. Some applicants will be invited to have a meeting (typically via Zoom) with Tim Bussey and Lisa Saksida. In some cases, applicants will have a second meeting with members of the lab.
As there are several applicants and meetings to coordinate, a final decision can take up to eight weeks. Please note that once we receive your application, we will confirm its receipt. We will contact you if we require additional information, to coordinate follow-up interviews, and inform applicants of final decisions. Due to the volume of requests, we kindly ask that you refrain from sending multiple applications and follow-up emails.
Applications for the Fall 2024 academic cycle are closed. To apply to the 2025 cycle, please send in your application in December 31st, 2024.
