Listen to TCNLab co-PI Lisa Saksida explain research done by BrainsCAN Rodent Cognition & Innovation Core (RoCRIC).
What is the relationship between RoCRIC and TCNLab?
RoCRIC is one of several cores (e.g., human core, computational core, etc.) forming part of BrainsCAN. RoCRIC staff are hosted within several labs at Western, including the TCNLab. Post-doctoral research associates and research staff do their research along side TCNLab members and attend a variety of lab meetings. This collaborative approach enables cross-pollination of expertise. Indeed, the relationship between RoCRIC and TCNLab members is so blended that several individuals have co-appointments. For example, Tim Bussey is not only co-PI of the TCNLab, but also Director of RoCRIC!
