In July, our star Samina Panjwani successfully defended her Master’s thesis titled “Developing a Preclinical Model of Cognitive Impairments in Synucleinopathies.” Samina first joined the lab as an undergraduate volunteer and later continued as a graduate student. During her time with us, she received several awards, including the prestigious CIHR CGS-M. We are incredibly proud of all that Samina has accomplished and can’t wait to see what she achieves next!
